Refunds

At Night Atti, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. However, we have a strict no-refund policy except under specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing tickets or using our services, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

1. No Refunds on Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
  

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• In the case of an event cancellation, a refund will be processed after deducting a 10% cancellation fee.

• If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events unless explicitly stated by the organizer.
  

3. Non-Transferable Tickets

• Tickets cannot be transferred or resold. Booking names will be checked during entry, and unauthorized ticket holders will be denied admission.

• No refunds will be provided for tickets purchased unlawfully or through unauthorized sources.
  

4. Venue and Entry Restrictions

• Right of admission is reserved by the venue and event organizers.

• Entry is permitted 10 minutes before the event start time, with a maximum delay allowance of 1 hour.

• Refunds will not be issued for denied entry due to failure to meet age restrictions (21+), improper attire, or violation of venue rules.
  

5. Force Majeure

• Night Atti is not responsible for refunds due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
  

6. How to Request a Refund

• If an event is canceled and qualifies for a refund, users will be notified via email.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of event cancellation.
