2. Booking and Ticketing

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

• Tickets purchased are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

• An internet handling fee may be applicable per ticket, which is non-refundable.

• In case of event cancellation, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% cancellation fee.

• Valid ID proof matching the booking name is required for entry.

• Entry is permitted 10 minutes before the event and a maximum 1-hour late entry is allowed.
  

3. Venue and Conduct

• Venue-specific rules apply and must be followed at all times.

• Dress code: Shoes and full pants for men; modern party wear for women is mandatory.

• No pre-booze is allowed before entry.

• Age limit: 21+ years for all events.

• The venue reserves the right of admission.

• We implement industry-standard security measures, but we do not guarantee absolute data security.
  

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• Night Atti is only a booking platform and is not responsible for event execution, safety, or venue operations.

• We are not liable for cancellations, reschedules, or last-minute changes made by the event organizer or venue.

• We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items at any event.
  

6. Termination and Violations

• We reserve the right to deny access or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

• Unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket will lead to ticket cancellation without refund.
